Megan Smith

Owner & Therapist

Megan was the stereotypical  little girl obsessed with ponies, without a pony. At the age of 10 she saved her allowance for months determined to buy herself a horse (where that horse would live and what it would eat was not considered). At the age of 33 she began taking riding lessons, and at the age of 35 her dream of having her very own horse came true with Dublin. Megan has spent the last several years learning everything she can about horses, and was thrilled to add equine massage therapy to her cache of knowledge. Megan has worked in Event and Project Management for nearly 15 years, and utilizes her problem solving skills in all areas of her life. She is committed to finding the best plan for you and your horse.

Laura Seymour

Owner & Therapist

Laura Seymour has a strong passion for both ingenuity and healthcare. Holding degrees in Nursing and Engineering Laura loves to understand the technical aspect of healing. Her extensive knowledge of horses started when she became a working student at 13. Growing up in Oregon at a Hunter/Jumper show barn, Laura got exposure to some of the West Cost's most competitive riders which allowed her to gain invaluable knowledge. Currently Laura works part time passing that knowledge along to the next generation as a riding instructor. Her passion for horses, wellness, and knowledge means she will work hard to develop a care plan specific to you and your horse.

Dublin

Mascott

Dublin is a twenty something Irish Draught Horse. While we don’t know exactly how old he is, we do know he loves jumping and root beer hard candies. Dublin has been diagnosed with ringbone in his left front leg, and has benefited greatly from acupuncture and chiropractic work. The success of these therapies led his owner Megan to want to learn more about bodywork and massage therapy.

Sullivan

Mascott

Sully is an 8 year old off the track thoroughbred who has been diagnosed with kissing spin. Bodywork and the use of a Tad Coffin Theratree technology have improved Sully's condition and comfort immensely, inspiring his owner Laura to gain knowledge and skill in Body Work and non-invasive therapies. Sully is a Hunter/Jumper who loves to jump.
